For booking appointments, I use Calendly, a service provided by Calendly LLC, 271 17th St NW, Atlanta, GA 30363, USA. When you book an appointment via the embedded Calendly widget, the data you enter (name, email address, and any other details) will be transmitted to Calendly and processed there. This data processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (performance of pre-contractual measures). Calendly is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. If you contact me by email, the transmitted data (name, email address, message content) will be stored for the purpose of processing your inquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.
